Abbatia

This network brings together the most prestigious abbeys in the New Aquitaine Region that are open to the public. The “Abbatia” association, created in May 2015, is a network for exchanges and mutualization between participating sites: Saint Savin (86); Abbaye-aux-Dames de Saintes (17); Trizay (17); Fontdouce (17); Celles sur Belle (79); Saint-Amand de Boixe (16), Arthous (40), Ronsenac (16), Lesterps (16), la Sauve-Majeure (33), Vertheuil (33); La Réau (86); Charroux (86); l’Etoile (86).

The network works on various themes: education&youth; research and mediation; cultural site stores.
